The legal trading name of this business is Northland Farm Services Limited and is a New Zealand owned Company.  Northland Farm Services Limited is the name that will appear on your bank/credit card statement.

All prices stated on the website and in NZ dollars and include GST

We value your security and privacy.  Your order is protected using our secure server and credit card details are never stored after processing your order.  If you have reservations about ordering via the internet please call or email through your orders.

Deliveries

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.  Please note Rural delivery may take up to 7 days.

Complaints and Refund Policy

If any goods are dispatched in error by Northland Farm Services Limited we will arrange for pickup of incorrect goods and delivery of correct goods at no further cost to customer

If any goods are damaged in transit we will replace as soon as possible at no further cost to customer

Any complaints or damages must be made within 24 hours of receiving and will need to be  sighted by Northland Farm Services Limited in this period before any remedy or refund can be discussed.
